Payments
All pricing is given in Swedish kronor (SEK), inclusive 25% VAT. Applicable price is that which is indicated on the day of your order/purchase.
Bank transfer
An E-invoice will be sent to your email address.
The payment should be made within 3 working days.
All payment details will be included on your E-invoice sent to your email address.
Note that it may take 1-3 working days before we see the payment on our account and your order is sent only when the E-invoice is paid.
We will send email to you when we have your payment and inform you that your package has been sent.

Delivery
Anatomicals Sweden uses Posten as our local and international delivery company. Your package will be sent through standard post and you will receive notification via mail when the package has arrived to your local point of pick up.
Delivery costs
Postage and expedition costs are 39kr within Sweden
Delivery costs outside Sweden
- Delivery and expedition costs are 55kr within the EU + Norway
Postage is based on the following weights:
<3kg - 55kr
4-6kg - 79kr
7-9kg - 100kr
your postage cost will be available once you are in checkout and have confirmed your postage address.

Returns
We have a returns policy that is good for 14 days once you have received your package. Any returns must be notified to us in writing (info @ anatomicals.se) before you return the product. We do not accept any returns that have not been reported to us. Due to hygiene we will not accept any returns that we feel have been opened/used.
NOTE! We will not refund any postage charges for your orginal order.
Order confirmation
When you have placed your order you will always receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive this email please contact us.
Product Fault
If your product is faulty please contact by email info @ anatomicals.se within 14 days of receiving your package. Your item will need to be sent back to us. It is important that you contact us before you send your item back so that we can provide you with the correct postage labels and information. If the item is not in stock or it was a sale item that is discontinued we will give you your money back.
NOTE! We will not refund any postage charges for your orginal order.
Transport damages
Your package should always arrive to you undamaged. If you receive a package that has been damaged it is important that you first report it the place where you picked up your package.
If they will not take your transport damages claim contact us by email info @ anatomicals.seand we will help you.
Screen colours & picutres
We try to show the colours of the goods as accurately as possible but we can not guarantee that all colours are shown accurately. Colour shades can be slightly altered due to your monitor settings.
Other
You must be 18 or older to shop with us. If you are under 18 parental permission is required to order.
Privacy
We guarantee that your personal information, e-mail address, etc., will never be disclosed to third parties, but only used internally by Anatomicals Sweden. Your e-mail address is used for your order confirmation and information about your order. We also reserve the right, in some cases to send emails to the email address you provide unless you indicated that you do not want them. If you want to make changes in the information you receive or be removed from the register, please contact our customer service.
